    Possibly the most popular place in the area.
    For good reason. No reservations put your name on a chalkboard. Oysters Friday and Saturday only.
    They have a spinach side dish that is truly amazing.
    Also great martinis.

    When we come to Lake Oconee, we have to start our Friday night out with the fresh gulf oysters on the half shell! We waited 2 hrs with drinks in hand for a seat. Nice to have time to chat and catch up with my dear friend. Definitely to grow they need to expand the restaurant in order to keep patrons business. Lots of folks waited but lots left.

    I really liked this cute little restaurant. I've been wanting to try it but it's know to be very busy at times. Luckily we only had two people in front of us when we arrived. I will say they have a small menu which is not always bad. For our appetizer we had the "Hot roasted corn & Crap dip" served w/hot bread for dipping. Hands down one of the best dips I have had! It's a must when you go here. You will not be disappointed. We ordered the "Fish-N-Chips" which were light and crispy w/fries and slaw. The fish was not greasy and was so fresh. The fries are almost like shoe string fries which went perfectly w/the meal. For dessert we ordered the "strawberry shortcake" and "Chocolate bread pudding". I would say I loved them both equally just depends on what kind of mood you are in if you want something rich or not. I want to go back and try one of their burgers.

    Check in was disorganized and unclear. Service and good was good-ish. Menu is scaled down from seasons past. Parking is convenient.

    Really liked this place and was a nice change from the restaurants at Ritz.  Good people, real food, busy - for a good reason. Fish and chips was great.  Got raw bar too.  Good beer.
